Gift Knitting Galore
It's that time of year again and knitters everywhere are looking for ideas for gift knitting.

Balsam started out as a Christmas gift for my daughter. And has since taken on a life of its own. It has been knit in so many beautiful variations: in handpainted yarns, in plush yarns, in gorgeous colours, adapted for children and now also knit for men. It continues to be one of my most popular designs.
But there are other options, too. Ones that can be completed with just one 100-g. skein of yarn, like the scarf version of the graceful Arabella, or the scarf version of Tidal Streams:

And there are always more scarves, like Diamonds on the Diagonal and Brickwork.

But for something just a little more work, but with special results, there is the Open Waters wrap:

No need to worry about sizing and the perfect excuse to use a luxurious yarn...
